I have always loved cutting up vegetables. There is something therapeutic about it. The only thing that could make it better today is if it would magically be summer with fresh garden veggies.

Sitting in the sun this morning, I happened to notice the shadow of my hand and pen as I began my morning journlaing. iPhone on my lap provided a quick picture for today's post.

A few months ago I came across this vintage trunk at a good price in Bangor. I was staying there at the time so I sent it home with Hubby. Today I started stacking a few books inside. Normally I would want to get the job done but for now I will leave it open, savoring the process.
